"China Film Investment and Financing Summit" is co-sponsored by the BIFF Organizing Committee, China Film Foundation, Beijing Cultural Industry Investment and Financing Association. The frontline film production, publicity and distribution companies in China, financial institutions and professional investment institutions will jointly participate in the top film investment and financing exchange in China.

The "Honorary Selection of China Film Industry" will be formally established at the China Film Investment and Financing Summit to affirm and honor the individuals behind the screens  as well as the outstanding film investment companies, film financing companies and film production companies which have promoted the development of film industry with special contributions in the past year. With high degree of industrial concerns, it's also known as "the vane of the film industry."

With the preliminary and secondary reviews, seven honors will be awarded by the elite guests and movie stars in the industry during the 11th Beijing International Film Festival. The panel of final review guests for the "Honorary Selection of China Film Industry" has been revealed as follows now: Zhang Pimin, Chairman of China Film Foundation; Xu Bo, China Cultural Industry Investment Fund of Fund Management Co., Ltd. and President of the Board; Zhou Maofei, Beijing Cultural Investment Development Group Co., Ltd., Party Secretary and President of the Board, and Chairman of Beijing Cultural Industry Investment and Financing Association; Ming Zhenjiang, Chairman of the Chinese Film Producers Association; Han Xiaoli, Chairman of China Film Distribution and Projection Association; Rao Shuguang, Chairman of China Film Critics Society; Yu Jianhong, Vice President of Beijing Film Academy.

The panel of judging guests is particularly dazzling with major leaders, experts and scholars from domestic authorities, professional departments and universities, which full demonstrates the professionalism, authority, cohesion and influence of the Honorary Selection of China Film Industry.
