Scenario 1: You have visited a county (county-level city, district, or banner) with one or more local confirmed cases within the past seven days.

* If you are not in Beijing, please postpone your entry to Beijing. You must wait until no new local infection has been reported in the region for seven consecutive days, the region is reclassified as a low-risk area, or seven days have passed since you left the region. You may then enter Beijing after obtaining a green health code once again.

* If you are in Beijing, please immediately report to your residential community, village, hotel or workplace (school, factory, construction site, compound, etc.) and comply with relevant epidemic control obligations. If you do not report, the alert pop-up cannot be removed until seven days pass since you have left the risk region.

(Note: the alert will NOT be removed if you take a nucleic acid test on your own initiative, without first reporting to your community.)

 

Scenario 2: Under quarantine following recent entry to China (within 10 days)

* You need to fulfill quarantine and COVID control obligations in accordance with Beijing’s epidemic control entry policies.

* The alert will be removed the day after the end of your quarantine.

 

Scenario 3: You are temporally or spatially linked to risk regions, risk sites or risk persons in or outside Beijing, and need risk screening.

* If you are in Beijing, please immediately report to your residential community, village, or workplace (including school, factory, construction site, compound etc.). The relevant department will evaluate your risk of virus exposure. The alert will be removed if there is no relevant risk. Without a timely report, the alert will not be removed until the relevant risk has been controlled or excluded based on subsequent epidemiological surveys.

* If you are not in Beijing, please postpone your entry to Beijing. You must wait until your epidemic risk has been eliminated, and other requirements, such as absence of history of residence in epidemic-risk counties (cities, districts, or banners) within seven days have been met, to enter Beijing after obtaining a green health code once again.


Scenario 4: You fail to take a nucleic acid test within the time required.

*Including:

- After entering or returning to Beijing (within 72 hours)

- After purchasing one of the "four kinds" of medication — fever or cough medication, antivirals or antibiotics (within 72 hours)

- After treatment at a community medical facility for one of eleven types of  symptoms, including fever (within 72 hours)

- If engaging in a job requiring nucleic acid testing

*If you have not obtained a valid nucleic acid test result after the deadline, please complete one immediately; the alert will be automatically removed after your test result is confirmed in Health Kit. If not, please contact the testing facility to ensure timely uploading of the test result.
