The Alipay Transport Code  has upgraded its function for public transportation in Beijing by syncing user information with  the Health Kit.

Passengers only need to click "Transport" on the Alipay home page to receive their transport code. Users will then receive an alert to follow the prompts to sync their information to the Health Kit. After completion, the transport code will be able to verify the health status of the passenger automatically without switching between the two mini-programs. Please note that the new function requires a 10.2.64 version of  the Alipay App via Android system and 10.2.65 version in the IOS system, and updates are necessary for optimal service.

A passenger traveling by subway with a negative nucleic acid test result will receive no notice from the ticket gate and be able to pass. A passenger with an abnormal nucleic acid test result will receive a notice of either "abnormal condition detected" or "no health code-related information found" from the ticket gate in textual and audio forms. Subway passengers who haven't  upgraded the Alipay app in advance may experience service interruption and receive the following notice: "No health code-related information found. Please complete the authorization process and upgrade the Alipay app as soon as possible."

Bus passengers with a green health code on the Health Kit and a normal nucleic acid test result, should receive the aforementioned alert. The passenger will not be allowed to take a bus if he/she receives the notice of "Abnormal health code" after having the transportation code swiped.

Any passenger receiving the notice of "No health code-related information found" after having the transportation code or card swiped may have his/her Health Kit information checked by the staff nearby and, after being proved to be in normal condition, use the public transportation system.
