COVID-19 vaccination record is now trackable on Health Kit (健康宝) to further serve the pandemic prevention and control among foreigners.

You may take the following steps to access your vaccination record via both the Chinese and English language versions of Health Kit.

For the Chinese language version:

Step1: Open the Health Kit mini-program, click "简体中文(Chinese)", and choose "健康服务预约查询" to open the nucleic acid test and vaccination page.

Step2: Click "疫苗接种" and go to vaccination page to view your vaccination record.

There are 4 types of status to indicate your vaccination record.

Status I: "无接种记录 (No Inoculation History)"

Click the question mark icon at the bottom for more information about the status of "无接种记录 (No Inoculation History)".

Status II: "已申请未接种 (Having Applied for and Yet to Receive Vaccination)" will show when you have applied for vaccination but have been not yet inoculated.

Click the question mark icon at the bottom for more information about the status of "已申请未接种 (Having Applied for and Yet to Receive Vaccination)".

Status III: "已接种第一剂次 (First Dose Administered)" will show when you have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. 

Click "温馨提示" under the record for more information about the status of "已接种第一剂次 (First Dose Administered)".

Status IV: "疫苗接种完成 (Immunization Series Completed)" will show when you have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine.

Click "温馨提示" for more information about the status of "疫苗接种完成 (Immunization Series Completed)".

For the English language version:

Step1: Open the Health Kit mini-program, click "English (英文)", and choose "Health Service Query and Appointment" to open the nucleic acid test and vaccination page.

Step2: Click "Vaccination" to open vaccination page and view your vaccination record.

There are 4 kinds of status to indicate your vaccination record.

Status I: "No Inoculation History (无接种记录)"

Click the question mark icon at the bottom for more information about the status of "No Inoculation History (无接种记录)".

Status II: "Having Applied for and Yet to Receive Vaccination (已申请未接种)" will show when you have applied for vaccination but have not been inoculated with COVID-19 vaccine.

Status III: "First Dose Administered (已接种第一剂次)" will show when you have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

Click "Notification" under the record for more information about the status of "First Dose Administered (已接种第一剂次)".

Status IV: "Immunization Series Completed (疫苗接种完成)" will show when you have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine.

Click "Notification" for more information about the status of "Immunization Series Completed (疫苗接种完成)".
