1)751D•PARK

751D•PARK, located in No.4 Jiuxianqiao Road in Chaoyang District, is a 220,000-square-meter Beijing Municipal Cultural Industry Demonstration Park. 751D•PARK, a subsidiary of Beijing Zhengdong Electronic Power Group (751 factory), was established in 1954 and is one of the 156 critical large-scale industrial projects funded by the Democratic Germany during the First Five-Year Plan period. Now, the energy industry and creative cultural industry are the two primary industries of Zhengdong Group.

In 2003, gas production line were shut down to meet the requirements of the capital energy in- dustry structural adjustment, In 2006, 751 launched a creative project called “751D•PARK” as a creative cluster themed on fashion and design, with the government’s care and support. The park is home to over 150 creative studios and companies specializing in fashion design, music design, automotive design, visual design, and high-end furnishings, as well as several domestic and foreign fashion groups.

2) Damei Central

Damei Central in Beijing, the construction area of 350,000 square meters. Which is combines modern German architectural and oriental traditional culture spirit. Damei Central is a highend business complex who is designed by the National Museum’s designer--Stefan Schutz. The total construction occupies six business area, and including the core block of CBD、International Trade Centre and so on. Located in dingfuzhuang CBD media industry belt, Jili is a leading cultural and creative park integrating office, communication, exhibition, technology and art. Gili introduces the latest scientific

and technological achievements, high-end art elements, and uses innovative business models and management models to create an innovation platform for the aggregation development of cultural creativity, new media, finance, design, Internet, high-tech, creative agriculture and other industries.
