1)Songzhuang Art District

In 2005, under the cultural tourism policy proposed by the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Songzhuang began to build Songzhuang cultural tourism industry. With the help of Beijing Design Week, Songzhuang Art District integrated Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought into art, design, culture, tourism and food, and combined online and offline, to provide one-stop services such as art design exhibition, experience and tourism and life consumption. Focusing on the summit forum of “Ecological Civilization Promoting Art Development” as the sub-venue, a series of activities were carried out in the Great Wall and the Winter Olympics, art trend, life aesthetics, art fashion, tradition and innovation, non-genetic inheritance, public art and other sectors. And selected the ecological civilization China Green Design Art Award.

2）Beijing Oriental Art Precious Silk Mosiac Factory

Beijing Oriental Art Precious Silk Mosiac Factory is located in Beijing Zhangjiawan Culture and Art Expo Park, No. 1 Yunshan Road, Tongzhou District, Beijing’s sub-center, with a large parking lot in the park. The surrounding transportation is convenient and the scenery is pleasant. It is close to tourist attractions such as Beijing Urban Green Heart Park, Beijing Universal Studios Theme Park, and Grand Canal Forest Park.

3)Hongxiang 1979 cultural and creative park

Hongxiang 1979 cultural and creative park, the first batch of municipal cultural and creative industrial parks in Beijing, is located at No. 90, jiukeshu West Road, Tongzhou District. It is located in the core area of cultural industry gathering in Beijing Administrative sub center and in the canal cultural belt. It is also the first municipal cultural and Creative Industrial Park in Tongzhou. With the development requirements of “safety,green,brand and sustainability”, Hongxiang integrates its own advantageous resources, upgrades and transforms it into a high-end cultural and creative park with cultural exchange and industrial integration as the core of ultra-low density, green ecology, comprehensive supporting and one-stop industrial services, and gradually forms a culture + industrial cluster with the operation concept of “win-win value and synergy”.

4) Dagao International Art Zone

Founded in 2006, Dagao International Art Zone is the first cultural and creative industrial park in Tongzhou District to be transformed from old industrial plants. With the great care and support of Tongzhou District government, Dagao International Culture Co., Ltd. has planned, positioned, constructed and transformed the cultural and creative industry cluster.

At present, it has more than 130 contemporary art and cultural and creative industry organizations, including contemporary art, fashion design, film and television media, animation, entertainment, original music, exhibition, creative planning, and culture and art theme bar and catering.
