(1) Application cancellation

Time: January 1 to March 8 or August 1 to October 8 each year

Applicants can log in to the system, enter the user center, click "My Application" (我的个人申请) in the plates allocation section, and then click "Cancel Application" (取消申请) in the upper left corner. Applicants can also take their valid identity certificates and relevant photocopies to cancel the application at the nearest district public service desks in Beijing Municipality.

Reapplication is required if the application information filled in is incorrect, the information filled in has changed, or the previous application has been canceled.

(2) Reapplication

Time: January 1 to March 8 or August 1 to October 8 each year

Applicants can log in to the system, enter the user center and click "My Application" (我的个人申请) in the plates allocation section, and then click "Reapply" (重新申请) in the upper left corner and follow the system instructions. Applicants can also take their valid identity certificates and relevant photocopies to reapply at the nearest district public service desks in Beijing Municipality.

  • Applicants shall carefully check whether the information filled in is correct. If the information filled in is incorrect, the applicant can click "Reapply" (重新申请) within the valid application period to revise the information and submit the application again.
