"My Allocated Plate" (我的指标) will be presented in the plates allocation section from where the Confirmation Notice of Passenger Car Plates Allocation for Households can be downloaded and printed. Applicants can also take their valid identity certificates and relevant photocopies to the nearest district public service desks in Beijing Municipality to check and print the Confirmation Notice.

The Confirmation Notice of Passenger Car Plates Allocation for Households is valid for 12 months. Applicants from the household shall have all formalities handled at tax departments, market regulation administrations, or vehicle management departments within the 12 months of the Confirmation Notice's validity. Such formalities include issuing certificates to prove the payment of vehicle purchase tax, tax-free certificates, invoices for second-hand vehicle sales, or vehicle registration. Failure of going through the procedures before expiration shall be deemed as waiving the allocated plates.
