Main applicant of a household application shall confirm and declare the following eligibilities: My spouse and I do not have any passenger car registered in Beijing Municipality, or any motor vehicles due to be scrapped but not deregistered. Both of us hold a valid Driving License of the People's Republic of China verified and issued by the traffic management authorities of the Ministry of Public Security. I also simultaneously meet the following conditions: hold a valid residence registration issued by the public security organ that proves long-term residence (over one year) in Beijing and one of the following: a Foreigner's Permanent Residence Card of the People's Republic of China, a Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card of the People's Republic of China, or a residence permit or visit visa valid for at least one year issued by relevant departments in Beijing.
