You can download the Jiaoguan 12123 app or log into the "Traffic Safety Comprehensive Service Management Platform" to check traffic violations online after your information has successfully been authenticated and registered for the vehicle. You can also check the photos of traffic violations of motor vehicles recorded by traffic technical monitoring. 
At present, videos of traffic violations cannot be checked online. You can check the videos at the nearest law enforcement station window with your identity certificates and People’s Republic of China Vehicle License.
