The 2024 Zhongguancun Forum (ZGC Forum), slated for April 25 to 29, will be held at its just-finished permanent location for the first time, with this year's theme being "Innovating for a Better World".

Keeping pace with the global trends in scientific and technological advancement, the forum will feature five major sections. It will include an opening ceremony and a plenary meeting, nearly 60 parallel forums,  the International Technology Trade Fair of ZGC Forum, Zhongguancun International Advanced Technology Competition , and other significant sub-events. Additionally, a batch of major achievements of technological innovation will be unveiled to the whole world during the forum, to fully showcase the progress made in Beijing in international science and technology innovation.
