The first ever "Taohua Cup" Open Ballroom Dance (Dancesport) Competition kicked off recently at Pinggu Sports Center.

A total of 57 representative teams from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei participated in the competition, bringing a visual treat for audiences and leading the modern trend of dancing activities and exercise among the general public.

The open competition provides a platform for dance enthusiasts to fully showcase their skills and communicate with each other, thus improving their competition skills and contributing to the exchange and development in the fields of cultural tourism, sports art, and agricultural production in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei.
