The China Railway Beijing Group Co., Ltd. has announced that the tourist train from Beijing to Huangshan will be available on March 28 in Beijing, marking the first tourist train of China Railway Travel Service Group Co., Ltd. (CRTSG) in 2023.

The train will start its journey from Beijing Fengtai Railway Station and head for Ganzhou, Taining and Huangshan. It is scheduled to travel for eight days and is capable of taking up to 500 tourists. The route of the tourist train has been carefully designed and selected by CRTSG. For example, Taining County in Sanming City of Fujian Province was listed as one of China's "One Hundred Classic Red Tourist Destinations" in 2004. For the first time, CRTSG designated Taining County as a station for tourism trains, promoting communications and exchanges between Beijing and Taining County.

The tourist train provides four-berth compartments to ensure privacy and make the trip more comfortable for tourists. Moreover, access to the train is not available for individuals other than tourists getting on the train at Beijing Fengtai Railway Station.

Three routes are provided during the eight-day trip. Tourists on the train will visit Ganzhou (including Tongtianyan Scenic Area, Jiangnan Songcheng Historical and Cultural Tourist Area, Guanxi Enclosed Houses, and South Wudang Mountain Scenic Area), Taining (including Dajin Lake Scenic Area, Taining Ancient City, Zhaixia Grand Canyon, and Jiulongtan Scenic Area), and Huangshan (Hongcun Ancient Village).
