The Beijing Fragrant Hills Park Management Office announced that the scenic cable-way will be officially put into operation on March 1, 2023. According to the announcement on February 28, the cableway operation will temporarily pause in case of rain, snow, strong winds and emergency breakdowns.

Operation hours:

 From the commencement date of operation until March 31 of every year: trips up from 9:30 to 15:30; trips down from 10:00 to 16:00.

From April 1 to November 15: trips up from 9:00 to 16:00; trips down from 9:30 to 16:30.

From 16 November until the cable-way closure: trips up from 9:30 to 15:30; trips down from 10:00 to 16:00.
