Beijing reported one new locally-transmitted COVID-19 infection on June 8 (a confirmed case transmitted from an asymptomatic infection diagnosed on June 7); one imported confirmed case, no asymptomatic case and no suspected case were reported. Twenty-six patients were discharged from hospitals upon recovery.
