The Health Kit (健康宝) has been upgraded recently, and here follows useful tips when receiving the following pop-ups in the Health Kit.

There is a pop-up in my Health Kit, saying 'The control of the pandemic needs joint efforts of us all! The Health Kit is unable to confirm your health status for now due to your recent visit to or travelled via places with COVID-19 risks. According to the epidemic prevention and control requirements of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, please contact your residential community immediately. Should there be any questions, please call the citizen hotline at (8610) 12345, or leave a comment'.

Answer: You've got this pop-up probably because you have been to medium- or high-risk places, and you need to contact your neighborhood authority and your employer immediately for risk screening. The neighborhood authority will decide whether quarantine is required and the "pop-up" may be removed eventually in your case. Should there be any questions, please click the question mark on the page for more information.

I have never been to any medium- or high-risk place, but why there is a pop-up in my Health Kit and no green code after reporting my travel history? (Message of the pop-up: You might have visited to or travelled via places with COVID-19 risks recently, please follow the epidemic prevention and control policies of Beijing and your local place, and properly fulfill your epidemic prevention and control obligations.)
