1. Individuals who are from or in the past 14 days have been to any county (city, district, banner) with one or more local confirmed case are not allowed to enter Beijing.

2. Those who are from any prefectural city (county, city and district of a municipality or sub-provincial city) with at least one local confirmed case are not recommended to enter or return to Beijing unless for essential trips. Anyone entering Beijing for essential reasons must present the green-code status of the "Health Kit" plus a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours, and undergo the 14-day health monitoring after arrival.

3. Inbound individuals through other domestic cities must complete a 21-day quarantine and health observation before entering Beijing.
