According to CAICT, in case of travel history inquiry failure when using the web version, WeChat mini-program or mobile application, you can access your travel history via SMS: send "CXMYD" to your mobile operator (China Telecom 10001/China Mobile 10086/China Unicom 10010) for inquiries.

For example, after sending the message, you will receive a confirmation message noting that "you are going to use the public service of 'travel history inquiry for epidemic prevention and control'. This inquiry is for reference only, not as the basis for final decision. The inquiry is by default regarded as the intention of the owner of this number. Please reply to confirm this inquiry by sending the last four digits of the owner's identification within 10 minutes."

After confirming with the digits, your mobile operator will send you the travel history of this number in the past 14 days and 30 days. You can show your travel history when needed. The message will also states that the inquiry result is for reference only, not as the basis for final decision.
