Beijing Beitou Aegean Shopping Park will be officially open on June 18th 2021, being the first substantial business complex in the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center (BMC) in recent years. Along with Tongzhou’s Hilton Hotel Beijing, the Universal Beijing Resort and the Central Green Forest Park within the vicinity, the park will complement the urban "micro holiday" scenario to promote quality improvement and upgrading of consumption in the BMC.

The shopping park is located in the central area of the BMC. Following a tried-and-tested design, the park will bring in a number of novelty stores to the district, which will then generate an influx of others to the surrounding area. More than half of these stores are generally first-timers ran by brands in fields such as fashion, retail, catering, life & social networking, beauty & body care, parenting, and recreation. These stores are expected to offer consumers an experience of a more fresh lifestyle and projected to advance a new round of commercial upgrades in eastern Beijing.
