Ever since the COVID-19 outbreak, as the "new gateway of China", Beijing Daxing International Airport has implemented various prevention and control measures as well as launched a COVID-19 vaccination program. With all staff and contractors inside the airport having been vaccinated, Beijing Daxing International Airport has effectively created a barrier against COVID-19.

Above 80 percent of all work units, enterprises, and stores inside the Airport and the area around it have been vaccinated. Work units whose staff members have received the mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations have green signs indicating that they have done so, thus ensuring that passengers feel safe and secure.

At present, this green sign is posted everywhere inside Daxing International Airport Terminal, including the service desk, tourist agency information desk, lost and found, and catering area. Passengers can access the list of enterprises in Daxing District whose staff have received vaccination by scanning the QR code on the green sign with their cell phones.

Due to the mobility of personnel at the airport, the management has adopted the principle of "vaccination for all in need at any time”. They have focused on high-priority groups, such as crew members and support staff who have not received vaccinations, to make sure that passengers feel safe and secure, thereby fortifying the barrier against COVID-19.
