A dedicated platform for international commercial affairs and talent service will be established in Shijingshan District, Beijing to boost the development of the Integrated National Demonstration Zone for Opening up the Services Sector and the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone (collectively referred to as the "two zones"). The platform is planned to create an internationally accepted enabling environment for industrial and talent development by focusing on the supply of data factors, services for talents, utilization of space resources and overseas-style livelihood supplies.

The platform will provide one-stop integrated services by appointed personnel to build itself into a comprehensive service platform that supports multiple functions including enterprise service, talent service, exhibition and international exchange.

During the development of the "two zones", Shijingshan District will prioritize four major tasks, namely opening-up of industries, opening-up of industrial parks, factor supply and institutional guarantees. In terms of the opening-up of industries, Shijingshan District will further focus on major fields such as sci-fi industry, Industrial Internet, digital creativity, modern finance and winter sports. In terms of the opening-up of industrial parks, it will concentrate on the building of Beijing Banking & Insurance Business Park and New Shougang International Talents Community, and prioritize the construction of the New Shougang High-end Industrial Comprehensive Service Area to promote the aggregated, open and innovative development of service industry.

Furthermore, Shijingshan will make greater efforts to create overseas-style environment for development, and roll out dedicated policies and measures to promote and facilitate foreign investment. Shijingshan will work to attract high quality foreign investment by improving and strengthening relevant policies to provide greater financial support and tax incentives, take effective investment attraction measures, and improve the environment for doing business.
