Between 11:00 and 21:00 every day from February 23 (the 14th day of the first month of the Chinese calendar) to 25 (the 16th day of the first month of the Chinese calendar), there will be a Chinese-style garden party in celebration of the Lantern Festival at Longfu Temple, which will feature 21 recreational activities, a model contest featuring Hanfu (the traditional clothing of the Han ethnic group), a Han-style dance competition, and parades made up by individuals dressed in Hanfu, to add excitement to the Lantern Festival.

The 21 recreational activities include the Good Luck Ping Pong Games, the "Luckiest Draw", archery experiences, fan-painting courses, and lantern-making courses. Visitors can purchase combo tickets online or on-site to experience each activity. At the Chinese-style fair to be launched at the same time, visitors can also solve festive riddles, collect stamps, and get dressed in Hanfu and apply traditional-style make-up. The fair will also present a one-stop food court of global flavors, where guests can enjoy handmade tangyuan (a traditional Chinese dessert made from glutinous rice), hand-crushed lemon tea, American-style hot dogs, ice cream tarts, guoba (scorched rice), mashed shrimps, Thai shrimp cakes, and other dishes for all different tastes.

As Hanfu gradually gained popularity, a Han-style dance competition, a model contest where contestants are dressed in Hanfu, and Chinese-style music ceremonies have been included into the celebration activities at Longfu Temple. Among them, the dance contest scores the participants by their clothing, makeup, performance forms, understanding of Chinese-style music through the expression of body language, and overall stage performance. The winner will receive cash prizes, cultural tourism vouchers, and other rewards.
