On August 21, the third offline thematic shooting activity of the third "Beijing - A Global City" short video contest was held, hosted by the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, and organized by CRI Online of China Media Group. Seventy-one foreign journalists from 58 countries, including Nepal, Kazakhstan, and Kenya, came to the Beijing Municipal Demonstration Center of Services for the Disabled to learn about the latest developments in the city's disabled services sector.

In the Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympics exhibition area, foreign journalists visited the Winter Paralympics honor display area and the Winter Olympics merchandise display area.

The foreign journalists expressed their desire to extensively report on Beijing's excellent experience in the development of the services for the disabled in their respective countries, and that they are willing to contribute to the international development of disabled services by promoting exchanges and cooperation with China through media channels.
