From July 24 to September 17, the first Huitian International Culture and Art Festival is held at Tiantongyuan Culture and Art Center. The festival is composed of the French, Hungarian, and Russian cultural presentation parts, which present cultural communication and integration through drama, music and dance, giving audience an exotic experience in Beijing.

The French cultural presentation part consists of the interactive workshop named Six Verbs to Recreate Molière of the Father of French Comedy, and a craft activity to build future French cities. The Hungarian cultural presentation part presents a live Hungarian jazz concert, while the Russian cultural presentation part provides Russia-themed film screening, traditional toy crafts activities, a ballet art salon, etc.
