On September 13, the Winter Olympic Games Tour of Online Influencers, hosted by the Beijing Organising Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (BOCWOG) and organized by CRI Online of China Media Group (CMG) was officially launched at BOCWOG Headquarters in Shougang Park. He Jianghai, Deputy Secretary-General of BOCWOG and Fan Jianping, President and Editor-in-Chief of CRI Online of CMG, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Foreign social media influencers from Brazil, Russia, Venezuela, and other countries, as well as representatives from BOCWOG, the Publicity Department of the CPC Zhangjiakou Municipal Committee, and other relevant departments participated at the launching ceremony. He Jianghai, Deputy Secretary-General of BOCWOG, said that since the COVID-19 outbreak, the organizing committee, dedicated to hosting a "green, inclusive, open, and clean" event, has been working closely with all parties to overcome various challenges and persevere in both epidemic control and prevention and Winter Olympics preparation. All preparatory works have been carried out reliably and orderly. He said: "In the coming days, you will be visiting the venues. We hope that you will take a unique perspective, record your visit truthfully and objectively, and share with the social media followers in a timely and interactive manner. In this way, they can have a more intuitive and comprehensive understanding of the preparations for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and feel more truly the unremitting efforts we have made for the Olympic athletes, media, and all other stakeholders."

In his speech, Fan Jianping, President of CRI Online of CMG, mentioned that the President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Thomas Bach, had recently written to CMG's President and Editor-in-Chief Shen Haixiong, expressing his gratitude for its support to the Olympic Games and "looking forward to CMG's more innovative and far-reaching broadcasts and coverage of the Winter Olympic Games." After the launching ceremony, Liu Chen, a staff member at BOCWOG, Liu Yuanjie, a staff member of the National Speed Skating Oval, and Hou Kun, an advocate for Olympic culture and member of the IOC Culture and Olympic Heritage Commission, shared their Winter Olympics stories. The influencers also visited Hou Kun's Olympic Collection Exhibition and BOCWOG Headquarters in Shougang Park.
