These services are as follows:
1) Providing legal advice on a company's daily management of human resources-related matters, such as recruitment and employment, induction, resignation, contract signing, salary and remuneration, overtime salary payment, adjustments in posts and salary, dismissal and layoff, economic compensation, medical compensation, employment injury compensation, and others, and offering training sessions on legal knowledge for business-related personnel;
2) Reviewing and drafting various regulations, policies, and contracts related to labor and human resources of a company and improving the formulation process and publicity of its regulations and policies;
3) Conducting legal argumentation, proposing solutions, issuing lawyer's letters, expressing legal opinions, and participating in the arbitration, litigation, and mediation on occurred, ongoing, or potential disputes of clients.
2. Legal services for overseas Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) projects under the Belt and Road Initiative
