Announcement of Beijing Municipal Tax Service, State Taxation Administration [2019] No. 7

To continuously improve the business environment for taxation and further ease tax handling for taxpayers and fee payers (hereinafter referred to as "taxpayers"), Beijing Municipal Tax Service, State Taxation Administration has further sorted out the tax and fee related matters for taxpayers and updated the List of "One-stop Handling of Tax Affairs" (hereinafter referred to as "the List") under the unified arrangements of the State Taxation Administration, the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Beijing Municipal Government, and in accordance with the Several Opinions of the State Taxation Administration on Further Deepening the Reform of Delegating Powers, Improving Regulation and Optimizing Services of the Tax System and Optimizing the Tax Environment (Shui Zong Fa [2017] No. 101), the Announcement of the State Taxation Administration on Releasing the List of "One-stop Handling of Tax Affairs" (Announcement of the State Taxation Administration [2018] No. 12) and other documents. The updated List is hereby released. Under the premise that the materials are complete and meets legal acceptance conditions, the taxpayer can handle matters incorporated the List by visiting the tax authority once at most.

The List shall be subject to adjustment by Beijing Municipal Tax Service, State Taxation Administration according to policy changes on due time, and shall be released on the official website.

The Announcement shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
