Efforts shall be made to press ahead with the pilot program for the opening-up of patent commissioning sector in the Zhongguancun National Intellectual Property Service Industry Agglomeration Development Demonstration District, China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and other qualified areas, and allow foreigners that have obtained a permanent residence permit for foreigners and have the qualifications of patent agents in other countries to participate in the Patent Agent Qualifying Examination and to engage in patent agent practice.
