Beijing is vigorously pushing forward the provision of intellectual property financial services, and is stepping up its efforts to refine the policy support system at the municipal and district levels for intellectual property pledge financing. The Intellectual Property Pledge Financing Center provides registration services for the pledge of trademarks and patents, and takes the lead in developing China's first registration service system for the pledge of registered trademarks, which enables the online submission and examination of the applications for pledging the exclusive right of registered trademarks, and the online handling feedback. Moreover, an interbank forwarding mechanism for pledged enterprise white list has been established, so that efficient pledge registration services can be provided by "dedicated service executives" connecting banks and enterprises.
