Some items you need to know in advance!

1.All registration forms and other application documents shall be printed on white A4 paper and properly filled in and signed with blue or black ink pens or rollerball pens.
2.Materials submitted on-site at the service desks shall be original copies unless otherwise specified. Photocopies shall contain a statement verifying that the photocopy is identical to the original copy and shall be signed by the applicant, the designated representative, or the jointly entrusted agent.
3.For applicants choosing to complete the whole registration process electronically, the scanning copies (photocopies) of the originals of certifications of eligibility status, identity certificates, approval certificates, articles of association, resolutions of meetings, and other materials can be submitted through the full-course electronic registration system. The above-mentioned materials can also be generated through the application document format set by the registration system before submission.
4.If the materials being submitted in the application process require a signature but no signatory is specified, natural person applicants shall sign their own names in person. For legal persons and other institutions, the materials shall be signed by the legal representatives, persons in charge, or authorized signatories and stamped with an official seal. If the application documents are signed by others, a power of attorney signed by the authorizer shall be submitted. The original copy of the power of attorney shall be submitted and the signature shall be signed by the authorizer in person.
5.If the materials or notarized certificates and documents are written in a foreign language, the Chinese translation of the said documents, stamped with an official seal of the translation institution, shall be attached for submission. The translation shall contain a statement certifying that the translations are accurate. The applicant shall also submit a photocopy of the qualification certificate of the translation institution.
6.Real name authentication is required if the registration is applied for by natural persons. Real name authentication can be processed by the real-name authentication system of the registration authority. If the applicants are not able to get the identity information verified through the real-name authentication system, they can submit legally notarized identity documents.
7.The required application materials in items 2 to 7 shall be notarized by the notary office of the country or region to which the foreign enterprise belongs and authenticated by the embassy or consulate of the People's Republic of China in that country (or the region on its behalf). If the country has not established diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China, the documents shall be certified by the embassy (consulate) of a third country that has diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China, then authenticated by the embassy (consulate) of the People's Republic of China in the third country. Documents issued by an overseas territory of certain countries shall first be notarized in that territory, certified by the diplomatic institution of that country, then finally certified by the embassy (consulate) of the People's Republic of China in that country. If the financial institutions that have business dealings with foreign (overseas) enterprises are institutions in the Chinese Mainland, no notarization is required. The certification of the eligibility status of enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions shall be notarized by the local notarial office in accordance with laws and transmitted by China Legal Service (Hong Kong) LTD. or China Legal Service (Macao) LTD. with a special stamp for transmission. The certification of the eligibility status of enterprises in Taiwan (China) shall be notarized by the local notarial office. Together with the certification of the eligibility status of enterprises, a photocopy of a valid Business Registration Certificate issued by the Inland Revenue Department of Hong Kong and notarized by the local notarial office shall be submitted simultaneously by the enterprise in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
8.According to the international treaties forged or participated by China and relevant countries, the representative office dealing with profit-making activities shall submit relevant required documents in accordance with laws.
9.For the establishment and registration of the representative office, the foreign (overseas) enterprise shall make public announcements via media designated by the registration authority.
10.Foreign affairs service entities include FESCO Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., ChinaStar Limited For International Economics & Technical Cooperation, China International Intellectech Group Co., Ltd., Chengtong Human Resources Company Ltd., China International Talent Development Center, Beijing Foreign Airlines Service Co., Ltd., and other qualified companies.
