An import agency service agreement if the products concerned are imported by an import agency (If the "Consignee" specified in the Application Form for the Automatic Import License of the People's Republic of China is different from the "Importer", a valid import agency service agreement or a valid domestic trade contract shall be submitted) or a domestic trade contract.

Any enterprise eligible for paperless customs clearance with an electronic automatic import license shall apply for an electronic automatic import license based on the requirements specified in the Specification for the Application, Issuance, and Use of Electronic Certificates for Goods Import and Export Licenses (Trial).
