2. A photocopy of the goods export contract is needed.

3. The original export agency contract shall be provided if entrusted export services are carried out.

Enterprises that are eligible for paperless export license (electronic license) application and customs clearance operations shall follow the requirement outlined in the Announcement of Matters Related to the Paperless Export License Application and Goods Customs Clearance (The General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Announcement No. 64, 2019) to apply for an electronic license.
