1. The original application and registration form for foreign investors to set up singing and dancing entertainment venues in specific areas of Beijing or the application and registration form for foreign investors to set up game and amusement entertainment venues in specific areas of Beijing

2. Original written statement of no circumstances specified in the “Entertainment Venues Administration Regulations”, affixed with an official seal. A written statement issued by the relevant agencies of the country or region where the foreign investor is located (or the embassy or consulate in China and relevant stationed agency) after verification. This statement is legally valid and is not beholden to circumstances stipulated in articles 4, 5 and 52 of the Regulations.

3. Original legitimacy documents certifying that the site can be used as an entertainment venue, stamped with an official seal.

(1) Property ownership certificate. Lease documents must also be submitted for leased premises and attached with the internal structure plan. The plan of a cabaret entertainment venue must delineate the area and location of boxes and separate rooms. The plan of a games and recreation entertainment venue must delineate the business areas designated for games and recreation as well as the location, type and amount of games and recreation equipment.

(2) Certificate of fire safety inspection for the place of public gathering before it is put into use and open for business.

(3) In accordance with the Regulations on Safe Management of Hazardous Chemicals, written consent from the local industry authority must be submitted when applying for the establishment of an entertainment venue located adjacent to a disputed chemical warehouse.

4. The original authorization documents with an official seal. If it is handled by anyone other than the legal representative, the authorization documents must be submitted along with an attached photocopy of the agent's ID card. Not required for online applications.
