1. For online application, the applicant can log onto the Beijing Tourism Industry Management Platform (http://banshi.whlyj.beijing.gov.cn/hygl/), click "setting up a travel agency", upload the above-mentioned documents and fill in the basic information of the enterprise and its employees following instructions on the page. If assistance for on-site application is needed, the applicant shall bring the originals of all the aforementioned documents in paper form, the corresponding electronic images (in jpg format) and an introduction letter from the enterprise (with official seal), and provide the username and password for login.

2. After receiving the Travel Agency Business License, the travel agency shall promptly pay the tourism service quality deposit, take out liability insurance and register itself in the review and approval system. Moreover, the travel agency shall log onto the National Tourism Supervision and Service Platform (http://jianguan.12301.cn) to list the necessary tour guides under the travel agency as soon as possible; for the platform, account name is the general manager's phone number used during the application, and the system can be accessed with a verification code sent to that phone number.
