2. Two copies of the Application Form for Preparation for Establishment or Formal Establishment of School for Children of Foreign Personnel in Beijing.

3.  The original Articles of Association of the school

4. Original of the Board or the Council's resolution.

5. Original of the valid document about schooling fund source and amount.

6. One copy of the valid document about conditions, for example, valid document about schooling premises, site, facilities and other conditions, and documents from premises safety and local fire safety department (or professional agency)

7. One copy of the identity documents from the Board or Council members, legal representative, and school president (including ID card, personal resume, educational background/academic degree, professional title, and legal residence document in Beijing);

8. One copy of the document about the school president with more than 5 years of experience in relation to education, teaching, and management.

9. One copy of the original teacher qualification document.

10. Original of textbook and other teaching document (e.g., course source, textbook introduction, course profile, and syllabus).

11. For institutions organized by legal persons:

(1) A copy of the document on the legal person status of the organizer (business licenses, registration certificates of private non-enterprise organizations, registration certificates of foundations as legal persons, registration certificates of resident representative offices of overseas enterprises (including enterprises from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), and registration certificates of social organizations as legal persons)

(2) A copy of the valid identity document of the legal representative

(3) A copy of the list of the heads and members of decision-making and authoritative organs

(4) A copy of valid identity documents of the heads and members of decision-making and authoritative organs

(5) A copy of the resolution approving the investment in the establishment of the school issued by the decision-making and authoritative organs

12. For institutions organized by natural persons:

(1)  A copy of the natural person's valid identity document

(2)  A copy of the natural person's certificate of personal deposit

(3)  A copy of the natural person's certificate of no criminal record issued by a notarial office in the country of residence for the past five years

(4)  A copy of the diploma and degree certificate of the natural person's highest education

(5)  A copy of the natural person's employment contract issued by an employer in Beijing Municipality

(6)  A copy of the valid documents of the natural person's residence in Beijing Municipality (Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card issued by the People's Republic of China, the registration form of residence; household register, work and residence permit)

1) Application acceptance: 0 workday for application and receipt of documents, 1 workday for acceptance and processing

2) Review and decision-making: 20 workdays for field survey and expert review, 7 workdays for decision making

3) Certificate issuing and delivery: 1 workday for issuing the certificate

1. Application documents shall be complete and clear. If signature is required, the documents shall be signed. Each document shall be affixed with a corporate seal. Single document with more than two pages shall be affixed with a paging seal;  

2. Copies to be submitted shall be stamped with an official seal. For materials with more than two pages, a cross-page seal is required;

3. Foreign documents shall be submitted together with a Chinese translation;  

4. A4 paper shall be used for printing or photocopying.
