I. Alteration of Enterprise's Name

1. The original application form for alteration of enterprise's name is needed.

2. A photocopy of the duplicate of the business license of the enterprise legal person is needed.

3. The original copy of the printing business license and the original copy of the duplicate of the printing business license is needed.

II. Alteration of Enterprise's Registered Capital

1. The original application form for alteration of registered capital is needed.

2. A photocopy of the resolution of the board of directors, the resolution of the shareholders' meeting or other relevant capital contribution resolutions is needed.

3. A photocopy of the duplicate of the business license of the enterprise legal person is needed.

III. Alteration of Enterprise's Investors

1. The original application form for alteration of enterprise's investors is needed.

2. A photocopy of the resolution of the board of directors, the resolution of the shareholders' meeting or other relevant capital contribution resolutions is needed.

3. A photocopy of the identity certificates of the investors is needed.

IV. Alteration of Legal Representative

1. The original application form for alteration of legal representative is needed.

2. A photocopy of the duplicate of the industrial and commercial business license and a photocopy of the identity certificate of the legal representative is needed.

3. The original copy of the printing business license and the original copy of the duplicate of the printing business license is needed.

V. Alteration of Business Scope

Sino-foreign joint venture printing enterprises engaged in printing publications and other printed matters shall have the Chinese investor in the joint venture holding a controlling stake or a dominant position. A photocopy of the resolution of the board of directors, the resolution of the shareholders' meeting or other relevant capital contribution resolutions shall be provided.

VI. For documents required for other alteration items, the rules for the alteration of domestic-funded printing enterprises shall apply, with one original copy.

On-site application requirements: The materials mentioned above are the basic documents required for the alteration applications. For on-site applications, applicants shall prepare one copy of each of the basic materials. For whole-process online applications: all application materials must be uploaded with electronic materials affixed with electronic seals issued by the relevant departments of the State Council, local people's governments, and related departments using the national unified electronic seal system. After submitting electronic materials, there is no need to go to the Beijing Municipal Government Affairs Service Center for on-site processing.
