1. Original of the Application Form for Preparation for Establishment or Formal Establishment of School for Children of Foreign Personnel in Beijing.

2.Original copy of financial audit report issued by an accounting firm entrusted by the new institutional sponsor.

3.One photocopy of the resolutions by the former Board of Directors or the Council.

4.Original copy of the agreement signed between the new sponsor and the former sponsor on the change.

5.Original copy of the financial audit report for the past year issued by an accounting firm entrusted by the former sponsor.

6.Original copy of the financial liquidation report.

7.Original copy of the school's asset list and other valid documents.

8.Original copy of the Articles of Association formulated or confirmed after the change of the sponsor.

9.Original copy of all teaching materials (course sources, textbooks, course profiles and teaching outlines) that have been changed or confirmed after the sponsor is changed.

10.One photocopy of the principal and faculty profiles after the change. (In the event of any replacements, qualification documents must be submitted)

11. For institutions organized by legal persons:

(1)A photocopy of the document on the legal person status of the new organizer (business licenses, registration certificates of private non-enterprise organizations, registration certificates of foundations as legal persons, registration certificates of resident representative offices of overseas enterprises (including enterprises from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), and registration certificates of social organizations as legal persons) is needed.

(2)A photocopy of the identity document of the new organizer's legal representative is needed. 

(3)A photocopy of the list of the heads and members of decision-making and authoritative organs is needed. 

(4) A photocopy of valid identity documents of the heads and members of decision-making and authoritative organs is needed. 

12. For institutions organized by natural persons:

(1)A photocopy of the valid identity document of the new organizer is needed.

(2)A photocopy of the certificate of the new organizer's personal deposit is needed.

(3)A photocopy of the new organizer's certificate of no criminal record, which shall be issued by a notarial office in the country of residence within the past five years, is needed.

(4)A photocopy of the diploma and degree certificate of the new organizer's highest education is needed.

(5)A photocopy of the new organizer's employment contract, which shall be issued by an employer in Beijing Municipality, is needed.

(6)A photocopy of the valid household registration of the new organizer is needed. 

13. For institutions organized by foreign natural persons:

(1)A photocopy of the foreign natural person's Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card issued by the People's Republic of China is needed. 

(2)A photocopy of the foreign natural person's residence document is needed.

1.All application materials must be clearly and completely filled out. Signatures must be done by the signatories personally. Each copy (including photocopies) must be stamped with the official seal of the unit. Individual materials with more than two pages must be stamped with a cross-page seal.

2.Photocopies to be submitted shall be stamped with an official seal. For materials with more than two pages, a cross-page seal is required.

3.Translations must be attached for materials in foreign languages.

4.All documents must be printed on A4 paper.
