1. The original application form for alteration of commercial performance in Beijing (for foreign, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan performance groups and individuals).

Affix the official seal and submit the itinerary when applying for a Short-term Work Certificate.

A. The left column of the registration form must be filled out in its entirety. The right column should only contain the content to be changed;

B. The information on the left column of the registration form must be the same with the original approval;

C. The performance name in the registration form must be the same with information in the system and other paper materials;

D. The performers in the registration form must be the same with information in the system and other paper materials;

E. The performance date in the registration form must be the same with information in the system and other paper materials;

F. The performance venue in the registration form must be the same with information in the system and other paper materials.

2. Two original approval documents issued by government authorities

Please submit the original copy of the old permit when you receive the document containing the approval result.

3. The performance agreement signed after time alteration between the host of the performance and the  performance groups or individuals (if there is any minor participating in the commercial performance, the photocopy of his or her guardian's ID information and a written letter issued by the guardian giving consent to the minor to participate in the commercial performance shall be submitted; any actor agency involved shall provide the duplicate of its commercial performance license; if the performance is jointly held by the host, the undertaker and other parties, the cooperation agreement signed by the above parties shall be provided.)

4. The letter of approval from the venue after time alteration

The agreement signed by the host of the performance with the performance venue, and the agreement shall include but not limit to the host, date and time of the performance.

5. The original letter of authorization (If the application is submitted by a non-legal representative, a photocopy of the non-legal representative’s ID card shall be attached and submitted.)

3. Processing Procedures

(1) Application acceptance: four working days for application/receipt and one working day for processing

(2) Review and decision-making: five working days for decision-making

(3) Certificate issuance and delivery: four working days for certificate preparation and one working day for the issuance
