1. The original application form for alteration of commercial performance in Beijing (foreign-related as well as Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan-related) is needed. (Itinerary is required for applying for the Short-term Employment Certificate.)

2. The original copy of the approval document issued by the government department is needed.

Please submit the original approval document while obtaining the new approval document.

3. An introduction to the newly added cultural and artistic performance groups and performers is needed. 

(1) Group qualification: If it is a reorganized cultural and artistic performance group, its registration explanatory document shall be provided. If the original copy is in a foreign language, its Chinese translation shall be provided; (2) An introduction to the performers: a. valid ID information of the performers (passport for foreign performers, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents for Taiwan performers, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents for performers from Hong Kong and Macao, and ID card/passport/military officer ID card for performers from the Chinese mainland) b. a brief introduction to the performers' artistic ability and performance experience.

4. The original performance agreement signed by the performance organizer and the newly added cultural and artistic performance groups or individuals is needed.

(If there is any minor participating in commercial performances, please submit a photocopy of their guardian's identity certificate and a written letter issued by the guardian agreeing to their participation in commercial performances. Any performer agency involved shall provide the duplicate of its Commercial Performance Business License. If the performance is jointly held by the host, the organizer and other parties, please submit the cooperation agreement signed by the above parties.)

5. The original power of attorney (required for non-legal representatives who come to handle the matter of application, with the photocopy of their ID card affixed.)

3. Procedures

(1) Application acceptance: four working days for application/receipt and one working day for processing

(2) Review and decision-making: five working days for decision-making

(3) Certificate issuance and delivery: four working days for certificate making and one working day for issuance
