1. The original copy of the Application Form for Alteration by Publication Distribution Enterprises;

2. The original shareholder resolution (signed or sealed by all shareholders);

3. A photocopy of the duplicate of the business license;

4. The original copy and the duplicate of the publication business license of the People's Republic of China;

5. In the case of alteration of address or area, the following documents shall also be provided:

(1) A photocopy of the property ownership certificate of the People's Republic of China;

(2) A photocopy of the lease agreement (in the case where the lease agreement concerned has more than two pages, it shall be stamped with a cross-page seal by Party A);

(3) A photocopy of the map showing the location and traffic conditions of the business premises (stamped with an official seal);

6. In case of alteration of the legal representative, the following documents shall also be provided:

(1) The original copy of the appointment letter of the new legal representative (indicating the term of office);

(2) A photocopy of the original resident ID card of the People's Republic of China;

7. In case of alteration of name, the following documents shall also be provided:

(1) A photocopy of the original approval notice for alteration of the name of the enterprise concerned;

(2) A photocopy of the duplicate of the business license;

8. Alteration of business scope (registered capital)

(1) The original copy of the Application Form for Alteration of Foreign-invested Book, Newspaper, and Periodical Publishers;

(2) The original resolution of shareholders (board of directors) agreeing to the alteration (signed or sealed by all shareholders);

(3) A photocopy of the duplicate of the business license;

(4) The original copy and the duplicate of the publication business license of the People's Republic of China;

9. Cancellation of the business license

(1) The original copy of the Application Form for the Cancellation of the Publication Business License (with the enterprise's name and business license number, application content, and signature of the legal representative, stamped with the enterprise's official seal);

(2) The original copy and the duplicate of the publication business license of the People's Republic of China;

10. Reissuance of the business license

(1) The original copy of the Application Form for the Reissuance of the Publication Business License (with the enterprise's name and business license number, application content, and signature of the legal representative, stamped with the enterprise's official seal);

(2) The original copy and the duplicate of the publication business license of the People's Republic of China.

(1) Application Processing: one working day

(2) Verification and Decision-making: nine working days for verification and one working day for decision-making

One copy of each of the required documents shall be provided and stamped with an official seal. If there is any new publisher through merger, consolidation, and division, the documents shall be provided according to the newly established publisher.
