(1) Acceptance of application: 5 working days

(2) Examination and decision:  5 working days for inspection, 2 working days for decision-making

(3) Issuance and delivery of certificate: 3 working days

2. For online applications, fill in the information online and upload scanned copies of documents with the official seal. For applications at counters, a copy of each original document is needed.
