2. One photocopy of the documents for legal use of the residence (business premises) is needed. (A photocopy of the certificate of title shall be signed or sealed by the property owner. 3. One photocopy of the authorization letter from the investor appointing the person in charge of the branch (this document may not be submitted if a copy of the Chinese ID card and the signing of the delegation are attached to the application.) and one photocopy of the Chinese ID Card (this document may not be submitted if a copy of the Chinese ID card and the signing of the delegation are attached to the application.)

4. One photocopy of the business license of the enterprise legal person is needed.

5. One photocopy of the approval documents (permits) is needed. (For projects that require approval before registration according to laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, or for projects within the scope of business that require approval before registration according to laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, submit photocopies of relevant approval documents or permits.)

6. One original copy of the Market Entity Registration Notification Commitment Letter of Beijing Municipality is needed. (If the matter is handled through the notification commitment system, the "Market Entity Registration Notification Commitment System of Beijing Municipality -- Commitment Letter of the Investor (Legal Representative)" and the "Market Entity Registration Notification Commitment System Registration of Beijing Municipality -- Commitment Letter of the Submitter" must also be submitted.)

1. The registration application documents and other application materials submitted shall be filled out and signed neatly on A4 white paper with black or blue ink fountain pen or signature pen.

2. Materials submitted at the on-site windows shall be original copies unless otherwise specified; When submitting a copy, it shall be marked as "consistent with the original" and signed by the applicant, or by their designated representative or jointly authorized agent.

3. When applicants choose the fully electronic registration procedure, qualification certificates, identity certificates, approval certificates, articles of association, resolutions, and other documents can be submitted as original images (photocopies) via the fully electronic registration system or in the formats specified by the registration service system.

4. If the materials being submitted in the application process require a signature, please refer to the applicant's notes in the application form. If the signatory is not specified, the natural persons shall sign in person. For legal persons and other organizations, the materials shall be signed by the legal representatives, persons in charge, or authorized signatories, and stamped with official seals. If it is not possible to sign in person, a power of attorney authorizing another person to sign must be submitted. The power of attorney should be the original, and the authorizer should sign in person. The authorized person shall cooperate with the registration authority for real name authentication.

5. If the submitted materials and notarized, certified documents are in a foreign language, their content shall be accurately translated into Chinese. The Chinese translations and the original documents in a foreign language shall be submitted at the same time, with the words "accurate translation" indicated. The translation company shall affix its official seal (special seal for translation) on the translated copies or attach copies of its business license and other qualification certifications, and specify the translator and contact information. If the translations are done by a natural person, he/she shall sign on the translations, specify his/her contact information and attach a copy of his/her translation qualification or identity certificate.

6. When handling registration and filing matters, applicants shall cooperate with registration authorities to verify the real name of relevant personnel using facial recognition and other methods through a real-name authentication system. In cases where the party concerned is unable to verify their identity information through the real name authentication system due to special reasons, they may submit legally notarized natural person identity documents, or the person themselves can bring their identity documents to a service center for on-site processing.
