Generally, investing in other businesses of health and social work:

No special requirements imposed by the Negative List for other businesses of health and social work.

Beijing has more preferential market access policies for foreign investment:

The restrictions on foreign businesses to register as private non-enterprise entities and set up non-profit elderly care institutions through financial donations are relaxed.
Foreign investors are allowed to establish professional health and medical insurance institutions (the ownership percentage of foreign investors shall not exceed 50%).
For new drug projects of great significance that are developed abroad, clinical trials are allowed to be carried out in Beijing after being approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation. In accordance with the relevant regulations on drug importation, the import of reference listed drugs and drugs that are currently in clinical trials are allowed. Drugs that are currently in clinical trials produced by overseas companies outsourcing their research and development and cGMP manufacturers that comply with Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs are allowed to be used in multi-regional clinical trial (MRCT).
