Sima Hong

Sima Hong, female, Han ethnicity, was born in January 1969. She holds a doctorate degree in Management and is a member of the China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA). Sima is currently a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Vice Chairperson of the CNDCA Central Committee, Chairperson of the CNDCA Beijing Municipal Committee, and Vice Mayor of Beijing.

Responsibilities:

Sima is in charge of work related to ethnic and religious affairs, commerce, culture and tourism, sports, the construction of Beijing Daxing International Airport and the follow-up to the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games, and assists in government service administration and improving business environment.

Sima oversees Beijing Municipal Ethnic and Religious Affairs Commission, Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau (Port Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality), Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Sports, the Joint Administration Committee of Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone, Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, and Beijing Olympic City Development Center.

Sima assists in overseeing Beijing Municipal Administration of Government Services.

Sima is in charge of liaison with China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Beijing Sub-council (CCPIT Beijing) and Beijing Customs District.
