Liu Yuhui, male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1967. He holds a doctorate degree in Law and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Liu is currently a member of the Party Leadership Group of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality and Vice Mayor of Beijing.
