Vice-Mayor Sui Zhenjiang
Mr. Sui Zhenjiang, of the Han nationality, born in Dawa, Liaoning Province in August 1963, joined the Communist Party of China in April 1984 and started his career in August 1985. He is an economic analyst, obtained his master's degree in economics (majoring in enterprise management) from an in-service graduate program at the Capital University of Economics and Business. He is currently Vice Mayor of Beijing, a member of the CPC Leadership Group of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, the Secretary (concurrent) of the Working Committee of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center and the Director (concurrent) of the Administrative Committee of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center.
Responsibilities: Mr. Sui Zhenjiang is in charge of science and technology, housing and urban-rural development, construction of rail transit and other major projects, and assists the mayor in planning-related work.
Mr. Sui Zhenjiang oversees the work of Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission (Beijing Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs), Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources (Capital Planning and Construction Commission Office), Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Beijing Municipal Housing Affairs Office), Beijing Major Projects Construction Headquarters Office and Beijing Housing Fund Management Center.
Mr. Sui Zhenjiang is in charge of liaison with Beijing Association for Science and Technology.
