Mu Peng, male, Han ethnicity, was born in May 1966. He holds an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Mu is currently a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Secretary General of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director General of the General Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, and Director of Yanqing Operation Center of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (concurrent).
