Federico Roberto Antonelli came to Beijing in 1977, 2011, and 2022. Living in Chaoyang district for many years as a foreign diplomat, he has witnessed first-hand the rapid development of Chaoyang. What makes this area of Beijing so unique? The Cultural Counsellor of the Embassy of Italy shares his thoughts.
