Bruce is a photographer from Scotland. His Chinese friends tend to call him "Lao Bu". In 1987, Lao Bu came to China by train. As a photographer, he thought Beijing is a place to photograph after seeing it.

In 33 years, Lao Bu has been recording the changed of Beijing with his  camera, and has witnessed the rapid development of this historic city. Beijing has now become Lao Bu's home, and he has turned to an old Beijinger.
