The 2020 Silk Road Rediscovery Tour of Beijing's New Development, sponsored by Information Office of Beijing Municipality and organized by CRI Online of China Media Group, was held from December 8 to 11 in Beijing. International social media influencers from Colombia, Croatia, Egypt, France, Italy, Switzerland, South Africa, the UK and the US were invited to discover the newest and most fascinating elements of Beijing.

Croatian photographer Martin Stokic was one of the participants. Martin is fond of capturing architectural photographs, and has received many domestic and international awards for his stunning works. During the event, he visited the Drum Tower, Shougang Park, Zhima Jiankang "Store no. Zero", Beijing Daxing International Airport and other new landmarks of Beijing. "I've traveled around the world in the past decade. I visited Beijing before, but I see new changes this time," said Martin. "It's great to know people can find more meanings in life here."
